Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil by Clayton Hops is a water-soluble liquid dry hop or brite tank addition product. The product is designed to boost flavour and aroma as well as beer yields and is super easy to use.
It is also a great product for hop water or for boosting hop aroma/flavour in kegged beer.

The extraction process does not use any solvents. Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil is free of bittering components.

Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Motueka all now available!

Super Sauvin is an exciting new blend born out of a collab with thiol-related research collaborators at Phantasm where they created a thiol enriched blend of thiol precursor laden Phantasm, combined with Nelson Sauvin that has high concentrations of cysteine bound 3SH precursors, bound 3S4MP precursors and terpene alcohols.  

Manilita is the latest experimental hop from Freestyle Hops and has been performing well in trials. This Manilita lot has field aromas of Pink Grapefruit, Mango and Nectarine. It can hold its own in hop forward styles but also plays well with terpene heavy supporting actors like Southern Cross or Rakau.

Flavour and aroma impact:

Notes of grapefruit and passionfruit define this hop, coupled with notes of pineapple and pine resin. Riwaka delivers smooth bitterness levels that contribute to highly desirable American IPA flavours.

If you want to say “hops” in your beer then this variety says it all. The pure weight of the oil character experienced during selection carries right through to the glass. A punchy addition to the new-world styles of Pale Ale and regional Pilseners. A cult hero that is established in the New Zealand craft beer culture.

Cryo Hops® pellets are the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. It is designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma, enabling brewers to efficiently dose large quantities of alpha acids and oils without introducing astringent flavors or vegetative material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be utilized anywhere whole-leaf hops and hop pellets are traditionally applied.

Centennial is an aroma-type cultivar, bred in 1974 and released in 1990. The genetic composition is 3/4 Brewers Gold, 3/32 Fuggle, 1/16 East Kent Golding, 1/32 Bavarian and 1/16 unknown.

A relatively new hop on the market, this hop used to be called CFJ90. Described by some as a "Super Cascade" and we tend to agree, but it's not nearly as "citrusy". Some even use it for aroma as well as bittering. Bitterness is quite clean and can have floral notes depending on the boil time. (alpha acid: 9.5-11.5% / beta acid: 4.0-5.0%)
