    To create Gladfield’s Peat Smoked Malt, our wonderful Distillers Malt is smoked in our in-house smoker using 100% New Zealand peat. The resulting malt is infused with a traditional mild, soft earthy flavour with phenols 40+ppm. This malt is primarily suited for making single malt whisky but is also great when used to flavour Scotch ales or darker maltier beers.

    With the Botanical Basket and a Gin Botanicals packet of ingredients, along with your Turbo 500 Boiler, Pot Still Alembic Dome Top, and Pot Still Alembic Condenser, you can make a range of beautiful homemade gin styles! 

    The Turbo 500 Stainless Steel Condenser and Turbo 500 Copper Condenser can be used directly with the Turbo 500 Boiler instead of the Alembic Dome Top and Alembic Condenser, but make sure to remove the saddles first.

    Gin Botanicals Mint Leaf Gin Style
    A blend of juniper berries, citrus peels, coriander seeds, liquorice root and dried mint leaves to distil gin and enjoy any way you like.
