An interesting spin on traditional cider, this is an unlikely combination that really does work! Great refreshing Cider with light malty flavours. Tastes a bit like a shandy but better!

We've put together everything you need to brew this malty cider!

An Italian white Tuscany style white table wine, medium dry, well balanced with crisp acidity. Based on Trebbiano and Frascatello grapes (Frascatello is an alias name as EU regulation 1234/2007 prohibits us from declaring the true contents).

Based on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes it produces a wine full of tannins, normally required to be stored on bottles for months but due to the fast fermentation, the tannins are softened so you can actually serve this wine within a week after starting the wine kit. Medium ruby red, full bodied.

The blend of the exciting new world Shiraz grape and the old-world Merlot creates a balance between young and old, the perfect marriage of two grapes.

A perfectly balanced, crisp and fruity Italian style rose wine. Good acidity, medium dry with hints of berries. The perfect summer drink.
