Cashmere is the result of a marriage of Cascade and Northern Brewer. It features alpha acids higher than that of Cascade. A good dual-purpose hop, Cashmere showcases flavours lemon, lime and melon, exhibits a smooth bitterness and is mildly aromatic with a subtle herbal bouquet.

Citra hops contains high alpha acids and are perfumed with tropical and citrus notes that make it a great flavour and aroma addition to your brew.  Citra hops offers an array fruit aromas ranging from grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, lychee, and mango.

Cryo Hops® utilizes the most innovative technology in cryogenic processing where whole-leaf hops are separated into concentrated lupulin and bract at extremely low temperatures to preserve the essential oils and resins. The result is an enticing LupuLN2® hop pellet that doubles the hop potency by 40-50% of traditional hop pellets for the same weight. 

Wyeast Beer Nutrient Blend is a custom blend of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients required for yeast cells to carry out an orderly and complete fermentation from start to finish. A wort that is nutrient-deficient, or which has adequate nutrients but limited bioavailability to the cells, can experience inhibited yeast growth, disrupted or incomplete fermentations, inconsistent attenuation rates from batch to batch, and diminished cell viability. Supplemental nutrients are always beneficial, but especially valuable during yeast propagation and stressful fermentation conditions (e.g. high-adjunct worts, high-gravity fermentations).

Strata is a super exciting new hop and has blown away commercial brewers in the states with it's uniqueness and complexity. It's been described to show layers of different fruit flavors, dried and fresh, anchored with a dried chili-cannabis-funk. Late hop side additions bring out layers of tropical and bright-fresh fruit flavors; dry hopping yields more grapefruit and cannabis. No, you can't smoke it.

AA ranges in the 11-13%.

The BJCP says: An IPA with the fruitiness and spiciness derived from the use of Belgian yeast. This beer has a more complex flavor profile and may be higher in alcohol than a typical IPA.

This one is brewed with a combination of New Zealand and German hops, providing it with a complex hop & Belgian yeast aroma backed by a solid malt base.
