Azacca Hops Pellets (US)
Azacca is another great contender for your latest hazy tropical IPA. Grown in the US, this hop has tropical fruit aromas with a touch of citrus, and on the palate you get spicy, with pineapple, mango and some pine and tangerine. What's not to like?
-
Diammonium Phosphate ( DAP ) - 200g
Food grade diammonium phosphate (DAP). This is pure fermentable nitrogen and phosphorus to help provide a healthy fermentation in low nutrient washes. A key ingredient for many sugar-based distilling washes but can be useful in any fermentation where yeast nutrients need to be added.
The Ted's Fast Ferment Vodka recipe requires 1/2 teaspoon for a 23L wash with 4kg of sugar.

Sabro Hops - Pellets (US)
Sabro exhibits an intoxicating and complex blend of fruity and citrus flavors. It is described as an intensely unique hop, notable for its complexity of fruity and citrus flavors, including distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit flavors, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. Make space Citra & Mosaic, a new player is in hop town. This is probably the most exciting new hop out there and has hazy written all over it! -
The League "Nick Danger" - American Porter Partial Extract Kit 23l
This recipe is closely inspired by Denny Conn's famous porter recipe. Using all New Zealand malt, the hops are Tettnang and a bit of US Cascade (it's an American porter after all). The result is dark chocolate and coffee flavours balanced by caramel leading to a full body - the perfect brew for a cool evening.
Target ABV: 6.3%
