A dark lager popularised in the Bavarian region of Germany. This beer has all of the character of lager with the body of a dark beer. Serve ice-cold.
This kit requires either 1.5kg unhopped liquid malt extract or 1kg dry malt extract. 1kg of sugar can also be used for a lighter-bodied beer (sold separately).
