Dating back to the 14th century, ‘Wit’ is a style of beer that originates from Belgium. You’d be forgiven for thinking that this style of beer gets its name from the inclusion of wheat, but the name literally means ‘White Beer’ owing to its light colour.

Munton’s version of this classic style gives a complex beer that is floral with hints of orange and coriander seed, plus distinct spicy clove notes from the yeast.

This golden Hazy IPA has a soft mouthfeel from wheat malt, and a pungent floral, lime, and stonefruit flavour from the Citra hops.

For an Imperial Porter, we recommend you add: 1.5kg Brick Road Dark malt extract plus 1kg Brick Road Dark Dry malt extract (or 1kg dextrose).

This classic light coloured Saison has a clean, fresh malt flavour from wheat and pale malts, with fruity, spicy and peppery flavours from the Saison yeast.

This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Saison yeast and Saaz dry hop pellets.

For a super Saison, we recommend you add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract plus 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry malt extract (or 1kg dextrose).

Brew this classic Pale Ale as simply or creatively as you like. Use 1kg of sugar for a straightforward brew, or adjust the fermentables to change the body and ABV. You can also add your favourite dry hops for extra flavour.

ABV Range: Brew it as a Low or Mid-strength beer, anywhere from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV.
