Still Spirits Original Matured Brandy Spirit Flavouring
This essence makes a mature brandy.
Add 7.5mL per 750mL alcohol @ 40%. Add 11.25mL per 1125mL alcohol @ 40%. Mix together and shake well. Makes 5 litres.

Still Spirits Top Shelf Apricot Brandy
This essence makes a brandy liqueur that has the fresh taste of infused fresh apricots.
Add essence and 645ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Liqueur Base "B" (sols separately). Alternatively 250ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

Still Spirits Top Shelf Dry Vermouth
This essence makes an Italian Vermouth which can be made with wine or spirit.
Add essence to 450ml Alcohol @ 40%; 625ml water. Alternatively, reduce alcohol to 150ml and replace water with 925ml dry white wine.

This essence makes an excellent complex Napoleon Brandy style. Very smooth and mellow.

This essence makes a French-style liqueur combining brandy and fresh oranges.
Add essence and 850ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Liqueur Base "A" (sold separately). Alternatively 200ml Sugar and 80ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.
