Premium 8 Spirit Yeast is a high-performance yeast designed for consistent, reliable fermentation with excellent alcohol yield and clean results. An excellent all-round spirit yeast, it is best suited to 8 kg sugar or 9 kg dextrose washes where maximum alcohol yield and strong fermentation performance are required. It can also be used with 6 kg sugar or 7 kg dextrose washes for fast fermenting.

Ultra-Pure 6 Spirit Yeast is formulated for 6kg sugar or 7kg dextrose washes and is designed to produce exceptionally clean, high-quality alcohol. When fermented within the recommended temperature range, it can achieve up to 15% ABV. Its high heat tolerance allows for consistent, reliable fermentation even in warmer conditions, helping ensure a complete wash and maximum spirit yield.
